No Refunds or Replacements
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products—pre-printed and/or custom-made—we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide replacements. What you see in our listings is exactly what you will receive.
Custom Orders
For personalized orders, we provide a digital proof for your approval before shipping. Once you approve the proof, the order is final and no further changes can be made.
Shipping Information
Most of our stickers are shipped via USPS envelope with tracking provided by Pitney Bowes. Please note:

Tracking may not be fully accurate.

Orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive.

Delays by USPS are beyond our control, and we do not offer refunds for delayed deliveries.
Damage in Transit
We take care to package our products securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at imaginationstationga@icloud.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review these on a case-by-case basis.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered by USPS but you have not received it, please contact your local USPS branch for resolution. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost packages once marked as delivered.
