  • All orders are processed within 3–9 business days, depending on the complexity of personalization and current order volume.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking information once it ships.

  • United States

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

  • Delivery timelines (after processing):

    • United States: 5–10 business days

    • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more (before tax and after discounts).

🔍 Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • All packages include tracking.

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at imaginationstationga@icloud.com for assistance.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Imagination Station is not responsible for it. This includes packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after being marked delivered. If this happens, please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim, as we are unable to issue refunds or replacements once delivery has been confirmed by tracking.

⚠️ Incorrect Addresses & Damaged Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change it once your order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery for support.

💼 Customs, Duties & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in Canada or the United States. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
